A Look Back to Our Start
What began helping kids find useful ways to use their time in the summer by singing, acting, raping and dancing in original music videos. After auditioning and landing a part in the video, the kids had to fulfill then "acts of kindness" and volunteer act.
2021
FACES launches the "Don't Look Away Campaign" and makes care kits for the homeless. The recent pandemic has abruptly and negatively affect some many individuals. Many mid-income as well as low-income individuals have found themselves homeless.
2019
FACES engages in providing support for unemployed and the under-employed by providing job training.
2016
​FACES partners with the Kearney Center to provide self-reliant program the Nursing Program. Participants enrolled in a 8 -weeks course taught by Registered Nurses. Students graduated and took the state board exam to become Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA). Many students were able to obtain work at a medical facility, move from the Kearney Homeless shelter into their own homes.
2010
Faces of Youth, "Same As You" diversity awareness video production premiers.
2009
Faces of Youth, "Same As You" full video production begins including liturgic dance, writing lyrics, rapping and vocals.
2009
Faces of Youth is founded for youth. As part of video production, teenagers obtained volunteer hours at the local soup kitchen and transitional living.
